Traditional networking is about knowing more people; Connection Networking® is about knowing people more.
Most women’s networking groups are for business owners or Moms, pigeonholing us into one defining identity and excluding all other women. What if we have a regular job (most women), have an identity outside of being a Mom (what? how dare we!), or what if we (dramatic gasp) don’t have kids? Why is there no networking group for us? Well, now there is. Welcome to Bee Circles!
Generations of women before us have gathered in circles to talk, share, learn, and support each other. Modern society, and a shift towards working from home, have isolated us behind computer screens and made it hard to form genuine connections with other women. We want to change that!
Our FREE members-only online community offers a female-only safe space to chat, share and learn. Our monthly themes offer an opportunity for members to get involved through teaching, learning and sharing, as well as taking part in on-theme activities, while our in-person social activities deliver a great way to connect on a genuine level.
We are an inclusive group and accept women from all backgrounds, age groups, cultures, ethnicities, religions, sexual orientations, political beliefs, and personality types. Some of our members are business owners or self-employed, some are employed, while others are full-time Moms. All women are welcome here.
Every woman needs a circle, and you just found yours ❤️
Held every month, our meetings provide an opportunity to network, socialize and create genuine connections.
Each meeting includes our proprietary 'Needs & Wants' session in which you can share, get advice, ask for help, pitch your product or service, and help others. This is followed by an opportunity to mingle, talk and socialize with your Bee Circle.
Each Bee Circle organizes it's own unique set of member-led social activities based on the group dynamic and member interests. Typical activities include: group hikes, after work drinks, book clubs, golf, tennis, brunch, children's play dates, group workouts, cooking classes, co-working days, and even the occasional girl's trip.
Our monthly themes provide an opportunity for all members to get involved via 30 day challenges, talks, learning opportunities, on topic activities, and accountability partnerships. Themes include topics such as mindfulness, financial fitness for women, giving back, health & fitness, and our proprietary 'You Goal Girl®' goal setting event.
